The Team
The Children’s Services team or Educators are qualifies (or studying) and/or experienced in children’s education and care. Our team aims to make your child’s stay with us and enjoyable a satisfying experience. We recognise that caring for large groups of school aged children for significant periods of time requires educators to have specialist knowledge, skills and experience which is current and appropriate for the field. Qualification in Out of School Hours Care, Early Childhood Education and/or Recreation are considered to be valuable. Our educators agree to and sign a Code of Professional Standards which outlines what we believe. Under the National Quality Framework the educator in charge of a service has applied for and received their Nominated Supervisor Certificate.Daniel Emmerick

Tara Davison

Service Manager
Mortdale After School Care
I completed my Certificate 3 in children’s services in 2010, in which I went on to complete my Diploma in Children’s Services in 2011. Once completion I studied full time at University in a Bachelor of Education (birth – 5 years). In 2015 I am studying in a Graduate Diploma of Teaching (Primary). Over the years I have become extremely passionate about animals and this tends to be my weakness. Through my studies I have gained great compassion and respect for the natural environment and sustainable practices that I hope to continue implementing in my teaching practices.
Karen Bekhit

Service Manager
Penshurst West After School Care
Diploma and Certificate 3 in Children’s Services, First aid, Child Protection, WHS training and have attended numerous training seminars in Children’s Development and well being. It has always been a great passion of mine to work with children from a young age, and I have been able to develop many strong bonds with all ages of children that I have met over the years. I believe every child has the right to become a unique individual with the best possible support available to them from Educators and families. It is also about helping children learn valuable life skills in a relaxed and friendly environment, of which we strive to provide for them on a daily basis.
